the location is very convenient and it is near the central station. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions i needed. 24 hours free hot drinks were a plus.

the STAFF was friendly and very helpful.
the room was the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in with just enough room for a small double bed. the lighting also was poor making the small room NOT a very pleasant place to relax in. i felt REALLY claustrophobic.

The location was amazing. Right near the station. the included breakfast had a nice variety! the staff were cute and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. they also offered complimentary tea and coffee, available all day. I liked this a lot.
My room was quite small, so space was limited! i struggled a bit with luggage storage. There wasn't much room to move around.

the staff was always available and really attentive. they promptly addressed my inquiries and provided quick solutions. their willingness to help created a positive and supportive atmosphere, i noticed it the most at the reception desk.

Breakfast offered a diverse selection of items, including fresh bread and some charcuterie. a machine provided different coffee options, including espressos. hot chocolate and an ice machine were available throughout the day. I enjoyed the convenience.
